🔎 Role Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee banquet operations, ensure smooth event execution, and deliver an excellent guest experience. 

🛠️ Key Responsibilities 

• Manage day-to-day banquet and event operations.  

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for events and functions.  

• Supervise banquet staff and ensure smooth service.  

• Manage event setup, food service, and guest requirements.  

• Ensure service quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.  

• Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.  

✅ Requirements 

• 2+ years of experience in banquet operations / hotel industry.  

• Strong team-handling and coordination skills.  

• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.  

• Ability to manage events efficiently and work under pressure.  

• Immediate joiners preferred.
