Responsibilities

Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and common areas.

Monitor room readiness and housekeeping standards.

Coordinate with Front Office and other departments.

Handle guest housekeeping requests and issues.

Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.

Ensure proper adherence to hotel procedures and standards.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in hotel housekeeping.

Supervisory/team-handling experience preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Immediate joiners preferred.
