Hiring – Front Line Sales (FLS) | Direct / Agency Channel

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic, customer-oriented professionals to join our Insurance Sales team. As a Front Line Sales (FLS) Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets through both Direct and Agency channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and claim processes clearly.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Support agency partners in driving business growth.

- Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and timely policy issuance.

- Provide post-sales support and assist customers with claims.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation preferred

- Freshers are welcome to apply

- Prior insurance or field sales experience is an added advantage

- Local language proficiency (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada) with basic English communication

- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory

- Age up to 36 years preferred
