About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field preferred.

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
