Job Title: Conventional Lathe Turner

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

CTC: Up to 3 LPA

Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Conventional Lathe Turner to operate and maintain lathe machines for precision machining tasks. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in machining components to exact specifications using manual lathe machines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate conventional lathe machines to machine parts as per drawings.

* Understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

* Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials.

* Perform turning, facing, threading, drilling, and related operations.

* Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier, micrometres, etc.

* Maintain machine cleanliness, tools, and safety practices.

Requirements:

* ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade.

* Strong knowledge of manual machining practices and tolerances.

* Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
