Job Title: CNC Turning Operator (Setting and Programming)

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

CTC: Up to 3 LPA

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced CNC Turning Operator with strong skills in machine operation, tool setting, and basic CNC programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently handling CNC turning centers, ensuring component quality, and optimizing machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and set up CNC turning machines.

* Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and basic G or M code programming.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.

* Conduct in-process and final inspection using precision tools.

* Maintain machining accuracy, surface finish, and cycle time.

* Identify and resolve minor issues related to tools, fixtures, or programs.

* Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Candidate Requirements:

* ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or related trade.

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC turning with setting and programming knowledge.

* Hands-on experience with CNC controls like Fanuc.

* Strong understanding of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining processes.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
