Job Title: VMC Milling Operator (Setting and Programming)

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

CTC: Up to 3 LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled VMC Milling Operator with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in machine operation, setting, and programming. The candidate should be able to handle VMC machines independently and deliver high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and set up Vertical Machining Centres (VMC).

* Perform tool setting, offset correction, and programming.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings.

* Conduct in-process and final inspections using measuring instruments.

* Ensure part accuracy, surface finish, and productivity.

* Follow safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

* ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or related trade.

* 5 years’ experience in VMC operation, setting, and programming.

* Proficient in Fanuc controls.

* Strong knowledge of tools & fixture setting, machining processes, and tolerances.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
