Job Title: HMC Operator (Setting and Programming)

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

CTC: Up to 3 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) Operator with experience in machine setting, tool offset, and G-code programming. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling complex machining jobs and maintaining high precision standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and set up HMC machines for machining operations.

* Perform tool setting, offset adjustment, and program editing.

* Read and interpret engineering and machining drawings.

* Use precision instruments to verify critical dimensions and tolerances.

* Ensure parts meet quality, finish, and productivity requirements.

* Follow safety, quality, and maintenance protocols.

Requirements:

* ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade.

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in HMC operation with setting and programming.

* Proficient with Fanuc controls.

* Good knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and machining practices.

* Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining issues.
