Job Title: VTL Operator (Setting and Programming)

Location: Coimbatore

CTC: Up to 3 LPA

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) Operator with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in machine operation, setting, and CNC programming. The candidate must be capable of independently handling large components and meeting precision and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate and set up CNC VTL machines for turning operations.

* Perform tool setting, offset correction, and G or M code programming.

* Read and interpret technical drawings and job instructions.

* Conduct in-process and final inspection using precision instruments.

* Maintain accuracy, surface finish, and dimensional tolerance.

* Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards.

Requirements:

* ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade.

* Minimum 5 years' experience in CNC VTL operation with setting and programming.

* Proficient in using Fanuc controls.

* Strong knowledge of tool selection & fixture setting speeds, feeds, and machining practices.

* Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues.
