Job Title: ID Grinding Machine Operator

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

CTC: Up to 3 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ID Grinding Operator with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in operating Internal Diameter (ID) grinding machines. The candidate should be able to work independently, interpret engineering drawings, and deliver high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate ID grinding machines as per job requirements.

* Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

* Select grinding wheels and set speeds or feeds based on material.

* Perform in-process inspection using micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision tools.

* Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and surface finish requirements.

* Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety protocols.

Requirements:

* ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or Fitter or Grinder trade.

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in ID grinding operations.

* Good knowledge of grinding parameters, wheel dressing, and inspection tools.

* Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

* Understanding of quality standards and safety practices.

* Knowledge of machine setting and basic programming is an added advantage
