• Assist customers with placing customised orders and ensure accurate order details.

• Follow up with enquiries and convert them into sales.

• Build lasting customer relationships and provide an excellent shopping experience.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store looks organised.

• Handle billing, daily sales records, and customer enquiries.

• Work towards individual and store sales targets.
