About the Role

Arcane Atelier Architects is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as an Architectural Draftsperson / Site Engineer. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, developing technical details, coordinating design requirements, and supervising architectural, interior design, and construction activities at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.

- Develop and revise 2D drawings using AutoCAD.

- Assist in 3D modelling and architectural presentations.

- Coordinate drawings with structural and MEP consultants.

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

- Supervise interior execution, including civil modifications, carpentry, false ceilings, flooring, painting, electrical, and finishing works.

- Ensure architectural and interior works are executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.

- Monitor site progress, workmanship, material usage, and measurements.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Prepare site reports and project documentation.

- Coordinate with the design team to resolve technical and site-related issues.

- Ensure quality standards and timely completion of projects.

Skills & Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant architectural qualification.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.

- Knowledge of SketchUp and 3D visualization software is an advantage.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.

- Basic understanding of building construction, interior materials, and detailing.

- Knowledge of interior execution methods, materials, and finishing works.

- Ability to coordinate and supervise contractors and site activities.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to learn, work in a team, and travel to project sites.
